Description
The student will know the basic concepts of information representation for data analysis. She will acquire the skills to choose the best representation for the task at hand, as well as to interpret any representation used on a omic data analysis. In detail, the student will learn dendrograms (phylogenies), heatmaps, boxplots, dispersion plots, volcano plots (expression), logos and genomic browsers (sequence).
