Description
The student will acquire the skills to use the sofware for statistics R and to work effectively on its programming environment. She will be able to install CRAN and BioConductor packages, apply mathematical operations, deal with divers data structures and critically discern which is the best one for each applications and use it. She will also learn to read and write the most popular formats, program using conditionals an loops (including apply) and undesrtand and adapt third party R workflows.
