Description

The student will acquire the skill to analyze omic expression data via RNA-seq, the most common technology. She will aditionally learn about other similar legacy and up-to-date technologies. She will also learn to apply the underlying computational and statistical concepts to any other dataset that represents abundance, either on genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics or even other unrelated areas.
